Description
The document should be in one Word document (font size 11, 1.5 line spacing for the body text, 1” margin), with a 13-page maximum, including cover page, table of contents, one-page executive summary, report body, appendices, and graphics. Any excess report content or late reports will be penalized. The submitted individual report should follow the case report format. Using the case study method, there are four steps or phases: Step 1: Identification. Identifying the strategic management problem and the report’s objective Step 2: Analysis. Explaining the problem with concepts and theories Step 3: Alternatives. Generating and evaluating solutions Step 4: Action plan. Proposing a recommendation and action plan
