topics: 1) instructional time and instructional resource allocation and 2) what research says directly or indirectly influences student learning outcomes. At least seven journal articles are to be referenced and reviewed through the means of submitting an annotated bibliography, written in APA style. This assignment must be a minimum of 4 pages.
